You can configure notification preferences per user in your profile settings, including options to receive pushes for all team activity or only conversations assigned to you. A dedicated push notification setting enables incoming call alerts, letting you answer or decline directly from your lock screen.

Can I make and receive calls from the mobile app?

Yes. The mobile app supports both outbound and inbound calls using your Avochato business number. Incoming calls trigger a push notification you can answer directly from your device, no call forwarding number needed. Android users will need to enable a calling account for Avochato in their phone's call settings the first time they set it up.
